Estates at Willow Creek

Several residents have expressed a desire to attempt to reestablish a Bridge Club at the Estates at Willow Creek.  To do so, the necessary first step is to gauge the current number of potentially interested EWC residents, since making this work would require a minimum score of regular participants.  If you would be interested in becoming active in an “Estates at Willow Creek Bridge Club”, please send an e-mail to that effect to EWC resident Fred Blankner at:  blankner22af@sbcglobal.net           Once the number of interested residents is determined (assuming that it is a sufficient number), Fred will E-mail all those parties to begin a conversation with respect to various aspects of how the club should be structured.  Everybody’s input as to such structural considerations would be welcomed and requested.

As previously announced the Estates no longer participates in Association funded recycling through Waste Management.  Our Waste Management account manager advised Towne Properties that owners could set up individual accounts for recycling by calling WM customer service at 800-343-6047.  Towne Properties has been made aware that some owners contacted Waste Management to set up individual, owner paid recycling accounts and were told that they also needed individual trash accounts.  THIS IS AN ERROR and is being corrected.  If you call you should in-fact be able to set up a self-paid recycling account.  Our account manager has assured us that customer service reps are being updated in this regard.
