The following is based upon what we have been given by our attorneys regarding Ohio guidance on our Association amenities.
Clubhouse – remains closed.
Tennis Court – net will go up and court will open as soon as we acquire and post the necessary Covid-19 warning signs. That should be next week.
Pool – Boards can decide to open with significant restrictions. We have decided to open with restrictions beginning on June 3rd.
Please note the following guidelines for pool operations:
1 – As is the case with the tennis court we have to post warning signs and we are acquiring those.
2 – Pool hours will be 10AM-8PM.
3 – The Montgomery County Health Department must inspect the pool before we can open.
4 – We must clean and sanitize the restrooms every 2 hours which will be done by Dayton Pools **
5 – Capacity will be limited to 36 total persons inside the pool area.
6 – Due to association liability issues – NO GUESTS will be allowed at the pool.
7 – No tables and umbrellas will be out on the pool deck and the gazebo will be closed to store unused pool furniture.
8 – Lounges and chairs will be placed in marked spots for social distancing – if you move them please return to marked location.
**Pool Opening is dependent upon Dayton Pools being able to hire the staff needed for the cleaning/sanitizing requirements.
County Health Inspectors will be periodically checking the pool area. Their primary concern is excess numbers and personal social distancing. We are subject to citation and the penalty can include the closure of the pool. Please be considerate of your neighbors.
If Ohio guidelines are revised in any manner – hopefully relaxed – we will alter these temporary rules accordingly.
