The Board has been working through Towne Properties and our attorneys to clarify what services are considered essential per the Ohio Governor’s directives.  Anytime something changes we get a notice from our attorneys and will pass on information as we get it.  Landscaping has been determined as non-essential.  If you want to express any concerns they are best sent to our State representatives.  The Board and our Community Association Manager cannot alter these decisions.  Below is American Pride’s notice to our Association.

We are continuing to pursue clarification of the order from the State of Ohio on all our services as we go forward. I do realize that this may cause client concerns. Our goal is to resume normal services as soon as possible. Our team will be monitoring the situation closely and adjusting as needed on a day to day basis.
