Rules and Regulations – Board of Directors
We are all members of a condominium community and are required to adhere to the rules and policies described in the “Declaration of Condominium Ownership” as documented in 1989.
The Rules and Regulations document is a subset of the Declaration. It’s purpose is to highlight, in a condensed version, those rules and remedies most applicable to our community’s typical needs. This committee’s function is to review and revise
the content of the Rules and Regulations document as needed and to ensure any change is in compliance with the original Declaration.
